NESC vs NEMX explained

NESC and NEMX are the two big regional amateur series in New England. Many riders race both. They are separate organisations with separate memberships, schedules and point systems.

NESC

NESC is the New England Sports Committee, based in Maine. Its website lists seven host tracks: Central Cycle Club in Connecticut, MX207 in Maine, Crow Hill, The Wick 338 and 508 International in Massachusetts, and Winchester Speed Park and New Hampshire Motocross Park in New Hampshire.

The NESC season is split into a spring series and a fall series, so riders can chase a championship without racing every weekend.

NEMX

NEMX is the New England Motocross Series. Its 2026 schedule runs a spring and a fall series across tracks including Capeway Rovers, The Wick 338, MX207, New Hampshire Motocross Park, Winchester Speed Park and Hemond's Motocross Park, with one round at Paradox MX in New York.

NEMX scores both motos together for results, and gives championship points per moto. Riders need to complete five events in each series to qualify for year-end rewards.

The difference that matters on race day

Same dirt, different rules. Class names, skill levels, point systems and entry steps can differ, even at a track that hosts both. Read the rulebook for the series you are racing.

Where TrackMyMoto fits

TrackMyMoto is independent. It is not run by NESC, NEMX or any track. Official NESC and NEMX championship standings are mirrored exactly as the series publish them, and never recalculated.

Our MTPR rating and season points are a separate regional system. They compare riders who race each other across both series and every track we index.
